A Beef Study

In this unit we will explore everything there is to know about beef. We’ll look at its production methods, how to eat beef that is less harmful to the environment, what the prime cuts are and where the toughest and tendermost sections sit and why they’re different, and we’ll look at the cooking methods that best promote any one particular cut of beef.
