Congo Bars

Ingredients:

2 3/4 cups flour

2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

2/3 cup butter

2 1/3 cups brown sugar

3 eggs

1 cup chocolate chips

Method:

1. Mix flour, baking powder4 and salt in a bowl.

2. Melt the butter and add brown sugar, stir. Cool.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, stir well.

4. Add dry ingredients, mix well.

5. Add chocolate chips.

6. Place in a greased 9×13 pan lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
