6 cups Large-Cut Oats
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Ground Flax
1 cup Coconut
1/2 cup Pepita
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp. Salt
Mix these ingredients in a large bowl
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Honey
Heat these two ingredients in a pot until fluid, and pour onto the oat mixture.
Mix together until all the oat mixture is equally coated with the honey/oil and spread evenly across the whole of a baking tray with parchment underneath.
Bake in a convection oven for 5 minutes, then move mixture around with tongs and continue baking and moving around until golden, about 15-18 minutes.
Once cooled, add 3/4 cup of dried cranberry and 3/4 of a cup of dried red currant.
Serve with cultured yogurt and Ontario Maple Syrup.
