2 tsp cumin seeds
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup tahini
pinch of cayenne
kosher salt
ground pepper
3 lemons juiced
4 cans of 15 ounce chickpeas, drained
200 ml olive oil

Toast the seeds in a small skillet until fragrant, but not dark. Pour into a mortar and pestle, grind, add the peeled garlic and mash until dissolved. Add this to R2D2 and add tahini, cayenne, salt, pepper, lemon juice, chickpeas. Pulse the machine until it begins to come together then slowly drizzle the oil in a steady stream.

Taste and adjust seasoning.
